Following Up On Orders
If you wish to follow up on an order, please call or write to our customer service department using the contact information listed above. We can help you with tracking, changes, cancellations, exchanges and returns. It will help us if you have your order number handy when you call. Your order number is the last three digit of the order confirmation that is emailed to you after an order is placed.
Return Policies
There is a 20% restock fee on all lighting, dining/table top items, and bath items. All other items are considered custom, please read our Return Policy.
